Trafficable Waterproof Membranes

All traffic management systems require clearly visible and long-lasting markings in addition to adequate signage. They increase road safety for drivers and pedestrians and improve orientation in the multi-storey car park.

The Polyac Systems are widely used for Car Parks, Trafficable Bridge Decks & Pedestrian Surfaces and available in these standard colours. Non Standard colours can be selected from the RAL Colour Chart on request, depending on the size of the project, but maybe/will be subjected to a surcharge; minimum order of 25kg’s.

• Polyac 12 : Quick – Hardening resin for priming of dry concrete, bricks, tiles and other mineral floors.
• Polyac 14 : Quick – Curing resin for priming slightly damaged concrete floors, floors with small cracks, asphalt and bituminous membranes.
• Polyac 15 : Polyac 15 is an air drying one component primer for steel, galavanised steel and nonferrous metals.
• Polyac 18 : Polyac 18 is used for damp or new concrete substrates
• Polyac BDM-M : Polyac BDM-M forms an Elastic Structural waterproofing Membrane for both Horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Polyac BDM – M + Thixogene Additive : Thixotropic Additive to be added to BDM-M for Vertical or Sloping Area
• Polyac BDM-HD : Polyac BDM-HD is designed for professional two component one to one Spray.
• Polyac 55 : Fast Curing Wearing Layer for medium to heavy duty pedestrian & Vehicular Traffic with the addition of filler and aggregate selected for purpose
• Polyac 61 : Polyac 61 is a flexible Top Coat for the Structural Waterproofing & Wearing layer Systems. Polyac 61 is transparent & can be coloured by adding Polyac Micronised Pigment. Polyac 61 is an impermeable top coating with excellent adhesion and wear resistance
• Polyac 62 : Polyac 62 is a Hard Sealer Top Coat for Polyac Flooring Systems, with the highest UV & Chemical resistance. Polyac 62 is transparent & can be coloured with Micronized Pigments. Impermeable Top Coat with excellent adhesion & high mechanical & wearing resistance.
• Polyac 100 or 200 : Polyac 100 is a permanently flexible Joint filler for level surfaces. & Polyac 200 is for sloping surfaces
• Polyac M : Polyac M is a resin for preparation of hard acrylate mortars with high chemical resistance – with the additions of Polyac Fillers and Aggregate sizing to repair or fill large voids.
• Polyac Micronized Pigment : Stock Colours: RAL: 5017, 6024, 7042, 7043, 9016 refer Polyac Colour Chart. Stock Colours: RAL: 1023, 3020 refer Polyac Colour Chart, Non Stock Colours – Must be RAL Colours; minimum orders of 25kg waiting time to be allowed
• Polyac BPO Catalyst : Accelerating Additive for Polyac Resins
• Polyac SL2 Fillers : Bulk Fillers for the Wearing Layers
• Polyac M – Fillers : Fillers & Catalyst – to be added with Polyac M Resin & selected aggregates.
