- E500P– HYCHEM E500P is designed as a pore filling primer to be used in conjunction with high build epoxy coatings and toppings to inhibit gassing of the high build product due to thermal movement of air between the substrate and the air space. This pore filling action is essential when the surface is to becoated with Hychem TL5.
- E500T – HYCHEM E500T is designed to be used as fairing mortar for application to prepared concrete surfaces which are to be coated with a protective coating. The product is used for the filling and sealing of small holes formed by the removal of cement paste during water blasting and other surface preparation methods.Hychem E500T can also be used as a general purpose patching compound for rendering or making good the surface prior to theapplication of a protective top coat.
- TL5 EPL – HYCHEM TL5 EPL is a chemically resistant high-build epoxy coating designed for use in environments where exposure to water, salt solutions, alkali and dilute mineral acids is required. The product is designed for applications of up to 6mm+ using wet on wet spray technique, but can also be trowelled in small areas where spray application is unsuitable. HYCHEM TL5 EPL is based on the same resin as HYCHEM TL5 but uses a slower hardener system to allow a longer work time. This change in hardener results in equally good sulphuric acid resistance compared to TL5.
- TL6 – Water potable epoxy coating. Add 500ml epoxy pigment – Hychem TL6 is a specialised water potable coating suited to a large range of applications. TL6 can be roller applied to vertical and horizontal substrates including concrete and steel. TL6 is a high-build, multipurpose, solventless epoxy coating exhibiting a chemically resistant high gloss stippled finish. Hychem TL6 is suited to water potable environments. It conforms to to AS/NZS 4020/2005 testing of products for use in contact with drinking water.

- Geocast – GEOCAST Geopolymer is a single component, dry packaged, polymer–modified mortar with microsilica geopolymer, pozzolan, flyash and select admixtures. It is specifically designed for horizontal, vertical
and overhead surface repairs in reinforced concrete and brick pipes, corrugated metal pipe inverts (CMP) and arches, sewer manholes and (water) wastewater structures. The GeoCast Geopolymer withstands hydrogen sulfide (H2S) corrosion. Geocast offers high early strength and long term durability. Applications to 100mm thicknesses overhead – >62 Mpa
- Velosit: WP120 – VELOSIT WP 120 is a polymer modified cementitious waterproofing slurry for concrete and masonry. It is a good substrate for coatings and overlays. Potable Water Approved – AS/NZS 4020:2005
- Velosit RM205 – VELOSIT RM205 Structural Concrete Repair Mortar 6 – 100 MM – 45MPa a cementitious repair mortar for concrete restoration acc. to EN 1504-9. It is used to fill large voids or build up larger cross-sections up to 100 mm. Potable Water Approved – AS/NZS 4020:2005
